My Allowances App

We are pleased to offer FAAA members access to the My Allowances App – available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play

How to download the app

The app is available for both Apple and Android devices. Search for ‘My Allowances App‘ in the App Store/Google Play or follow the links below:
Apple App Store
Google Play

Your login details

The My Allowances App is made exclusively for FAAA members, therefore the app requires a username and password to work.

Your username is your email address

Your password is your staff number

When you first login, the app will require you to create a stronger password. It’s good password practise to use different passwords for different accounts. If you ever forget your password, use the reset password option when you open the app. See here for more information on resetting your password.

Your login details for the My Allowances App are independent to this website

User Guide

We have created a comprehensive user guide that explains all features of the My Allowances App. There are also video tutorials for some of the features you’ll use most often.

Visit our guide here: https://myallowancesapp.faaa.com.au/

The guide is also built into the app and can be accessed under Menu > User Guide

My Allowances App Support

For issues with your allowances
If after reconciling with your payslip and meal docket, you believe there is an issue with your allowances, please raise with the company in the first instance. Then e-mail [email protected] if you require further help.

For login or technical issues with the app
You can log a request for support or app issue below

The My Allowances App has been designed entirely in-house. Because of this, technical support can only be provided by Ian and responses will be subject to his availability during the roster. We ask for your patience in receiving a response.

To provide feedback
You can provide app feedback within the app. You’ll find this under Menu > Feedback

Don’t get caught by scams
You can only change or reset your password in the app – there is no external website to do this.

If you reset your password, you are sent a one time code to your email to confirm you are the owner of that account. This code is entered into the app to allow you to reset your password. Password reset emails come from [email protected].

Any other emails, links or websites that suggest you can reset your password for this app should be ignored and reported
